Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a subscription with Holding Face.
1) Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled or paused at any time through your account portal. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations or pauses must be submitted by the 10th day of the month. Cancellations submitted after this date will take effect for the following billing cycle.
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once billed, except as required by law.
2) Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and fulfilled in monthly shipments over a twelve (12) month period.
If an annual subscription is cancelled before the end of its term, future shipments will be cancelled and the customer will receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription, less a thirty percent (30%) administrative fee, as described in the Return & Replacement Policy.
Refunds are calculated based on the number of unused monthly shipments remaining at the time of cancellation.
Annual subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable, except as required by law.
3) How to Cancel
Subscriptions may be cancelled or paused by logging into your Holding Face account and managing your subscription settings, or contacting customer support at admin@holdingface.com for assistance.
4) Changes to This Policy
Holding Face reserves the right to modify this Subscription Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will apply to subscriptions going forward and will be effective as of the date posted.
