This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Holding Face.

1) Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully completed and order verification is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on product availability, subscription status, verification requirements, or order volume. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Subscription orders are processed in accordance with the applicable subscription billing and fulfillment cycle.

2) Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Holding Face is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control.

3) Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order completion.

4) Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

5) Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

6) Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Holding Face is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly to file a claim if available.

7) Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Holding Face ships only within the United States. We may, in the future and at our discretion, offer shipping to additional countries or regions. Any international shipping options, if offered, will be subject to additional terms, fees, taxes, duties, and compliance requirements disclosed at the time of purchase.

8) Changes to This Policy

Holding Face reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
