Refund policy
Holding Face – Return & Replacement Policy
Effective Date: January 13, 2026
This Return & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Holding Face websites or authorized sales channels and is incorporated by reference into the Holding Face Terms of Service.
1) All Sales Final / No General Returns
Due to the personal-care and consumable nature of Holding Face products, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products, consumable items (including serums, nano tips, masks, or similar items), subscription shipments after fulfillment, or products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.
2) Defective or Damaged Products (7-Day Replacement Window)
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially incorrect, you may request a replacement (not a refund), subject to the following conditions: requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery; proof of purchase is required; photographic evidence may be required; and Holding Face may require return of the item before issuing a replacement. If approved, Holding Face will ship a replacement at no additional cost. If a defect cannot be verified, the request may be denied.
After this initial seven (7) day period, any functional issues with eligible non-consumable products may be addressed under Holding Face’s Limited Product Warranty, if applicable.
3) Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and secure delivery information.
4) Subscriptions
Subscription charges are non-refundable and non-prorated, except as expressly stated below or required by law. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds after billing.
Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and fulfilled in monthly shipments over a twelve (12) month period. If an annual subscription is cancelled before the end of its term, future shipments will be cancelled and the customer will be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the subscription, less a thirty percent (30%) administrative fee, subject to the terms of this Policy.
5) Administrative Fees
Where permitted by law and as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, Holding Face applies an administrative fee to early cancellation of annual subscriptions. This fee reflects non-recoverable administrative, inventory planning, payment processing, and fulfillment coordination costs.
For annual subscriptions, the administrative fee is thirty percent (30%) of the unused portion of the subscription.
6) Non-Transferability
All purchases, subscriptions, and replacement rights are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
7) No Medical Guarantees
Holding Face products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Dissatisfaction with results alone does not constitute grounds for return or replacement.
8) Policy Updates
Holding Face reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs that transaction.
9) How to Submit a Request
All replacement requests must be submitted in writing to admin@holdingface.com and should include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
